Sunagakure no Sato

Sunagakure is held down by the firm grasp of the Nidaime Kazekage, whom usurped the Shodaime for running the economy into an abyss. After stabilizing the village, the Kazekage proceeded to make a Council, to keep themselves in check, all the while to also ensure they're in check.

This village currently possesses 75,000 in funds, and a 3,000 yen/ryo salary bi-daily. This is to make up for their lack of clans.

Rules

Listen to the council, and the Kazekage.
Do not harm others, beit by killing, stealing or injuring. Even when they are to be punished.
Respect foreign parties and villages alike.
Do not hesitate to kill traitors, if you and a majority of everyone else know they are traitorous.
Do not let the village's secrets slip from your mouth.
Do not belittle your comrades unless they're under your direct authority.
People are entitled to their own opinions, do not punish them for it.
Authority follow the same rules as everyone else, and are not free from such.
Do not look at others in a biased mannerism for their heritage or the place they came from.

Jounin: 0/4 player spots. They regulate the armies and take care of just about everything else.
Wind Platoon: 0/3 player spots, considered the three strongest wind users within Sunagakure. Granted a specified setup deviating between Chuunin and Jounin in strength output.
